Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are an anti-skid steel plate and a machining method therefor, and a rail beam. The anti-skid steel plate comprises: a steel plate body; multiple grooves are formed on the upper surface of the steel plate body; a track where the multiple grooves are located comprises multiple open curves, and each curve has a center point; the center points of the multiple curves are located on the same straight line, and the straight line is a center line of the groove; the multiple curves are arranged in sequence along the length direction of the steel plate body; the multiple curves are sequentially connected end to end on the center line of the groove, so that the multiple curves are combined to form a continuous line. According to the anti-skid steel plate of the present application, the multiple grooves can increase the friction between a traveling wheel of a rail vehicle and the upper surface of the steel plate body, thereby preventing a skidding phenomenon of the rail vehicle. Moreover, during machining, a cutter does not need to be lifted up and down repeatedly, so that a machining time period can be shortened, and machining efficiency can be improved.
