Abstract:
An antibacterial breathable braid and a braiding method therefor. The antibacterial breathable braid is formed by braiding three or more woven straps; the antibacterial breathable braid is 6-10 mm wide and is 3-6 mm thick; each woven strap is 6-10 mm wide and is 1.5-2.5 mm thick; a 0.1-0.3 mm thick nap layer is interwoven into each of the upper and lower surfaces of each woven strap; each woven strap is formed interweaving warps with wefts at a ratio of (3-5):1. The antibacterial breathable braid has a beautiful appearance, high breathability, an antibacterial effect so as to avoid allergies caused by bacteria, a stable structure, and high strength, does not deform, curl, or shrink, and will not fold or twist when being worn. The manufacturing method is simple and easy to operate, and can achieve high production efficiency and 100% yield.
