Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide: an antibacterial coated object having an antibacterial activity value (based on JIS Z 2801: 2010) of a coating film of at least 2.0; an antibacterial paint; a method for producing an antibacterial paint; and a method for producing an antibacterial coated object. To achieve the objective, provided is an antibacterial coated object which has, on a substrate, a coating film of an antibacterial paint comprising at least: a ceramic composite powder including a photocatalyst component, an adsorbent component, and a metal component; and a binder, wherein the antibacterial activity value (based on JIS Z 2801: 2010) of a coating film is at least 2.0, and both or either of the following requirements (1) and (2) are/is satisfied. (1) With respect to the ceramic composite powder in the antibacterial paint, the volume-average dispersed particle diameter (D50) is at most 250 nm, and the ratio D90/D50 of the 90%-cumulative volume particle diameter (D90) to the volume-average dispersed particle diameter (D50) is at most 1.5, and (2) the film thickness of the coating film is at most 80 μm, and the haze (based on JIS K 7136: 2000) of the antibacterial coated object or the coating film is at most 25.
