Abstract:
An antibacterial nanobristle formula comprising the following components in terms of weight: thermoplastic polymer granules, 20 grams to 60 grams; a nanosilver antibacterial solution, 20 grams to 30 grams; a coupling agent, 1 gram to 10 grams; a magnetic nanopowder, 1 gram to 5 grams; a coral nanopowder, 1 gram to 2 grams; and a pearl nanopowder, 1 gram to 3 grams. A preparation method for the formula is simple, inexpensive, and statistically proven with a probability of 99% or more that antibacterial effects thereof are higher than antibacterial effects of common bristles, and has great antibacterial performance. The antibacterial bristle comprises a silver ion activated constituent, is widely applicable in medicine, proven to be safe, efficient, nonirritating to the skin, and free of toxic or allergic reactions, and produces efficient and broad-spectrum antibacterial effects even at a low concentration.
