Abstract:
The present invention provides a compound comprising a modified oligonucleotide having a length of contiguous 8 to 80 nucleosides or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, in which the modified oligonucleotide has a nucleotide sequence containing at least 8 contiguous nucleotides contained in at least one nucleotide sequence selected from SEQ ID Nos: 3 to 73. According to the compound or the pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, it becomes possible to treat a disease or condition on which the inhibition of the expression of CALM2 gene by the regulation of the expression of the CALM2 gene is effective (particularly, congenital long QT syndrome).
