Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: an antistatic agent which is capable of exhibiting uniform and excellent antistatic effect by means of an addition of a relatively small amount of metal particles; an antistatic method which uses this antistatic agent; an antistatic coating film which is formed of this antistatic agent; a resin composition for forming an antistatic layer; and an antistatic method which uses this resin composition for forming an antistatic layer. For the purpose of solving the above problem, the present invention is mainly characterized by using a nanometer-sized tin oxide powder as metal particles that exhibit antistatic effect.
