Abstract:
The present application relates to an anvil swage for forging a process groove of a large crank. The anvil swage is provided with a double-edge die and a protruding die, wherein the double-edge die is a parallel combined die having two cutting edges facing upwards, an outer edge of the protruding die is in an isosceles trapezoid shape, outer surfaces of two legs and an upper base are circular-arc die surfaces, and a precise process groove can be prepared during the forging of a crank forge piece. A side face of a flat anvil, one end of the double-edge die and one end of the protruding die form a fixed hinge to allow the die to be rapidly overturned and placed on an anvil face. The groove is precise in the process, anvil swage changing is simple and consumes less time, and a plurality of processes of the crank forge piece are completed in one instance of heating, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the number of instances of heating, improving efficiency, reducing energy consumption and saving on costs.
