Abstract:
An AOI-based LCD panel inspection device, relating to the field of LCD panel inspection, can perform accurate and efficient inspection. An LCD panel is automatically absorbed from a material feeding work station to an upper-surface material moving platform (4) by means of a material feeding mechanical arm (2), and then the LCD panel is rapidly and accurately delivered, by means of a linear motor, to an upper-surface inspection work station for inspection, so as to accurately and efficiently convey the LCD panel. In addition, a material conveying mechanical arm (7) absorbs an LCD panel with a qualified upper surface and moves the LCD panel to a lower-surface inspection work station, and a lower-surface AOI mechanism (3) performs AOI inspection of a lower surface of the LCD panel, at a position below the lower surface of the LCD panel; and it is unnecessary to arrange an overturn mechanism to turn over the lower surface of the LCD panel and then place the LCD panel on a transfer platform (9) to undergo inspection, thereby simplifying the LCD panel inspection device, and improving the inspection efficiency.
