Abstract:
An apparatus for cooling or heating a liquid is applicable to the field of liquid beverage preparation, and has a liquid inlet (110) for feeding a liquid and a liquid outlet (120) for discharging a liquid. The apparatus comprises: a heat exchange device (200) used to cool or heat a liquid; an energy storage device (300) used to store cooling energy and heating energy; and a circulation pipeline (400) comprising a first pipe (410) in communication with a heat exchange device outlet (220) and an energy storage device inlet (310) and a second pipe (420) in communication with an energy storage device outlet (320) and a heat exchange device inlet (210). In the apparatus of the invention, a liquid entering the apparatus can undergo double cooling or heating performed by the energy storage device (300) that stores energy and the heat exchange device (200, thereby increasing the cooling or heating speed, and increasing the volume of a cooled or heated liquid obtained by a user in a single operation.
