Abstract:
An apparatus for layered reinforcement of ultra-soft soil subgrade, and a construction method. The core of the present invention is a multilayer drainage body; the multilayer drainage body comprises: drain lines; a main line, the body of said main line being provided with a plurality of line-outlet holes; and a down-line frame used for feeding the drain lines into a soil mass layer by layer; the portion of each drain line that horizontally extends into the soil mass is provided with small holes, and the surface of said portion of each drain line is wrapped in filtering cloth. According to the invention, vacuum preloading reinforcement is carried out on ultra-soft soil by means of a multilayer drainage body. This solves the difficulty presented by conventional vacuum preloading only being able to form a single hard shell layer during the reinforcement of ultra-soft soil. Further, the apparatus has a simple structure, is easy to operate, and is high in efficiency and low in cost.
