Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing hollow fibers for forming a gas separation membrane. An apparatus for manufacturing hollow fibers, according to the present invention, comprises: a dove tank in which a dove solution, which is a polymer material for forming hollow fibers, is accommodated; a dove pump for transferring the dove solution to a spinning nozzle; a bore tank in which a bore solution that is supplied to the spinning nozzle together with the dove solution and forms a cavity is accommodated; a bore pump for transferring the bore solution to the spinning nozzle; a spinning tank in which hollow fibers molded through the spinning nozzle are accommodated and solidified; a washing tank for removing impurities from hollow fibers passing through the spinning tank; a winding means by which hollow fibers passing through the washing tank are finally wound; transfer rollers respectively provided between the spinning tank, the washing tank and the winding means to transfer hollow fibers; and a defect detection means provided at one side of each of the transfer rollers to determine whether hollow fibers are defective, and allowing a defective region to be identified by marking a portion detected as defective. According to the present invention, a decrease in yield can be prevented when manufacturing a gas separation membrane, and a gas separation membrane having more stable performance can be manufactured.
