Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing and inspecting a telescopic extension pipe for a vacuum cleaner, the apparatus comprising: an internal pipe assembly unit for temporarily assembling a pipe guide connected to an internal pipe, a guide bracket, a connection pipe, and a front-end finishing cap; a guide assembly part for forming a riveting part on the outer circumferential surface of the internal pipe and coupling the guide bracket and the pipe guide while coupling the guide bracket to the riveting part; an external pipe assembly for manufacturing a telescopic extension pipe by combining the connection pipe and an external pipe; and an energization and sealing inspection unit for simultaneously inspecting whether or not the telescopic extension pipe is energized and whether or not the telescopic extension pipe is sealed.
