Abstract:
This apparatus (10) for manufacturing a pipe is provided with: a die (16) positioned in the direction of extrusion of a billet (12), the die (16) having a through-hole formed therein; and an insertion part (34) the distal end of which is inserted into the through-hole so as to have substantially the same position as the through-hole, the insertion part (34) forming a gap in relation to the die (16). On the side surface of the insertion part (34) there is molded a first groove part (38) for molding a spiral-shaped first protruding part (42) onto the pipe inner surface during extrusion molding of a pipe (P) from the gap, and on the wall of the through-hole (22) there is molded a second groove part (39) for molding a spiral-shaped second protruding part (43) onto the pipe outer surface during extrusion molding of the pipe (P) from the gap.
