Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring a grinding amount and correcting the alignment of a handler which supplies a cemented carbide insert product to grinding equipment for grinding the cemented carbide insert product. The apparatus for measuring a grinding amount and correcting the alignment of a handler for grinding a cemented carbide insert product comprises: a product measuring unit configured to measure the height of the cemented carbide insert product taken from the grinding equipment; a measurement stage configured to place the cemented carbide insert product taken from the grinding equipment thereon such that the height thereof is measured; and an alignment correction unit including a correction camera for correcting the alignment such that the angle of the cemented carbide insert product supplied to the grinding equipment matches the angle of a mask pocket of the grinding equipment. Therefore, the apparatus for measuring the grinding amount and correcting the alignment of the handler for grinding the cemented carbide product according to the present invention is configured such that the cemented carbide insert product to be ground can be precisely inserted into the mask pocket of the existing grinding equipment and the height of the cemented carbide insert product that has been ground is measured to automatically calculate the grinding amount and secure a grinding history of each product, thereby producing data-based high-quality cemented carbide insert products.
