The present invention discloses an apparatus and method for drawing and molding a metal container. The molding apparatus of the present invention comprises: a first molding part that includes a first bending die having a bottom surface forming a plane and a first molding groove shaped to have two surfaces facing from the bottom surface expanding upward, and a first punch having a bottom shape corresponding to the first molding groove; a second molding part that includes a second bending die having a second molding groove having the two facing surfaces expanding upward at a smaller angle than the first molding groove, and a second punch having a bottom shape corresponding to the second molding groove; a final molding part that includes a final bending die having a final molding groove formed to have the two facing surfaces being perpendicular or close to perpendicular to each other, and a final punch shaped to correspond to the final molding groove; drawing dies that are selectively installed in close contact with both sides of each of the first bending die, the second bending die, and the final bending die; and strippers that are selectively installed on both sides of each of the first punch, the second punch, and the final punch and descend together with the punches to elastically press both sides made of a metal material while contacting each of the drawing dies.
