Abstract:
The invention relates to improvements in the technical field of producing and designing brushes. Inter alia, an apparatus (1) for forming bristle bundles (2) is proposed as an improvement. The apparatus (1) comprises at least one bundle pocket (3), that is suitable to receive a bristle bundle (2) to be formed. The bundle pocket (3) comprises a common bundle receiving section (50) for uniting at least two bristle bundles (2). The bundle pocket (3) and the bristle bundle (2) located therein are heated by the heating device (4) in the apparatus (1) in order to fix the shape of the bristle bundle (2) defined by the bundle pocket (3) and the displacement device (7).
