Abstract:

A method and an apparatus for generating a particle wave carrying an electric charge, used to solve problems in existing methods and apparatuses for generating particle waves carrying an electric charge such as being unable to control phase, strength, low spatial distribution density or low spatial coverage. The method comprises: (S101) on the basis of waveform information pre-stored in a waveform storage module (1), generating a corresponding digital waveform signal; the waveform information comprising amplitude and phase; (S102) on the basis of a digital-to-analog conversion module (2) connected to the waveform storage module (1), converting the digital waveform signal having a pre-set phase into an analog waveform signal; (S103) on the basis of a power amplification module (3) connected to the digital-to-analog conversion module (2), performing power amplification on the analog waveform signal; (S104) on the basis of a high-voltage generator (41) connected to the power amplification module (3), performing high-voltage amplification on the power signal of the analog waveform signal; and (S105) by means of a quasi-continuous emission electrode (42) connected to the high-voltage generator (41), emitting a particle wave on the basis of the analog waveform voltage signal.
