Abstract:
An apparatus and method for machining precious metal adornments with purity of 999.999‰, applicable to machining of precious metal adornments, such as gold, silver, platinum, and palladium. A plaster mold (6) is punched out of a steel mold-pouring cup (5) by means of punching force of a punch, so that the plaster mold (6) and the steel mold-pouring cup (5) are mechanically separated. This separation mode needs no cold water during the separation of the steel mold-pouring cup (5) and the plaster mold (6), and ensures the hardness of the precious metal ornaments during demolding, thereby ensuring that impurities can hardly enter the precious metal ornaments in the subsequent machining process, and finally ensuring the high purity of the precious metal ornaments.
