Abstract:
This glass article production apparatus 1 is equipped with: a glass melting furnace 2 which produces molten glass; a treatment device 6 which applies a prescribed treatment to the produced molten glass; and a shaping device 5 which shapes the molten glass that has undergone the prescribed treatment. The treatment device 6 comprises a treatment tank 13, 15 into which molten glass is fed and a casing 12 in which the treatment tank 13, 15 is retained. The casing 12 is supported in a suspended state.
