Abstract:
The present invention relates to: an apparatus and method for providing a location-based waiting and reservation O2O platform that allocates a waiting and reservation sequence number by reflecting a location of a reserved customer terminal; and a smart kiosk interworking therewith, in which the apparatus for providing a location-based waiting and reservation O2O platform comprises: a location identification unit that identifies a location of a reserved customer terminal; an arrival time prediction unit that predicts an arrival time of a reserved customer at a store on the basis of the distance between the reserved customer terminal and the store, which is on the basis of information about the location of the reserved customer terminal that has been identified by the location identification unit; and a message transmission unit that transmits a call message for the waiting and reserved customer to the reserved customer terminal, or a smart kiosk installed in the store, on the basis of the arrival time of the reserved customer at the store, which has been predicted by the arrival time prediction unit. Thus, there is derived the effect of providing an apparatus and method for providing a location-based waiting and reservation O2O platform, and a smart kiosk interworking therewith, by which a reservation and waiting sequence number can be presented to a store-reserved customer by reflecting location information of the customer so as to resolve congestion and secure stability via the prevention of customer concentration at a visit reservation time.
