Abstract:
An apparatus for preserving freshness of vegetables and fruits based on LED pulsed light, comprising a box body (1). A door (2) is provided on the front side of the box body (1). A plurality of freshness preserving racks (3) is provided within the box body (1). An ultraviolet sterilizer (4) is provided on a top plate of the box body (1). Lighting devices are provided below the freshness preserving racks (3). A temperature and humidity controller (6) is provided at the bottom of the box body (1). An air guide unit (7) is provided on the top plate of the box body (1). An air pipe (8) is provided on a side wall of the box body (1). An air outlet communicating with the interior of the box body is provided on the air pipe (8). The upper end of the air pipe (8) communicates with an air inlet of the air guide unit (7). A spectrum controller is used to regulate and control the excitation wavelength of an LED luminous body to form reasonable and ordered optical signals with combined spectrum, so that vegetables and fruits can restore metabolism in a lighting environment of the optical signals to conduct photosynthesis and maintain low-speed growth, and the freshness of the vegetables and fruits can be effectively prolonged.
