Abstract:
In order to accomplish the objective, the present invention relates to a ship-shaped apparatus for rapidly purifying polluted water while floating on the water surface of a polluted area when there is pollution on the sea surface and the like. To this end, provided is an apparatus for removal of a layer floating on a water surface, the apparatus being a hull capable of moving while floating on a water surface, and comprising: a polluted water inflow part disposed at the front surface portion of the hull so as to receive the polluted water; a storing part for storing the polluted water suctioned through the polluted water inflow part; a connecting part which connects the polluted water inflow part and the storing part so that the polluted water can move therethrough; a discharge part disposed at the lower end of a side, which is opposite to the polluted water inflow part, of the storing part so as to discharge, out of the apparatus, the water separated out downward by a density difference; and a buoyancy device connected to the storing part, wherein the polluted water inflow part includes an inlet of which at least a portion is disposed at the same height as the water surface in a state in which the hull floats on the water surface, so that the polluted water flows in therethrough according to the movement of the apparatus, the connecting part has a polluted water transfer means disposed thereon, which is slanted downward from the horizontal and can transfer the polluted water to the storing part, and the storing part is at least partially positioned under the water surface in a state in which the hull floats on the water surface, and has disruption plates arranged therein, which are for increasing the flow time of the influent polluted water up to the discharge part.
