Abstract:
[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide an applicator that has a slit portion, which is formed between a coating member and a non-coating member and into which a tip of a nail can be inserted, and that can easily apply a coating liquid onto the tip of the nail with a constant width. [Solution] The applicator of the present invention comprises: a coating part which can be impregnated with or is impregnated with a coating liquid; a non-coating part which is disposed so as to face the coating part by abutting or being separated from the same by a prescribed distance, and is not impregnated with the coating liquid or does not allow permeation of the coating liquid therethrough; a slit portion which is disposed between the coating part and the non-coating part and into which a tip of a nail can be inserted; and a coating surface which is an outer-side surface, of the coating part, disposed so as to configure an inner-side surface of the slit portion, and which is surface-abutting the surface of the inserted tip of the nail such that the coating liquid can be applied thereon.
