Abstract:
Disclosed are an aqueous ceramic paint and a preparation method therefor. The aqueous ceramic paint is mainly prepared by using a specific amount of an aqueous polyurethane high-molecular polymer, an aqueous organic silicon-containing polymeric polyacid resin, a polyester salt resin of an aqueous unsaturated polyamide, an organic color paste, etc. The aqueous paint of the present invention has a moderate viscosity, uniform dispersion of raw materials, good adhesion, fast drying, good film-formation, leveling, and corrosion resistance and a strong operability, that is, spray coating, brush coating and electrostatic spray coating can all meet the requirements of the standards for transparency and corrosion resistance. The product of the present invention is odorless, pollution-free, and non-flammable and non-explosive, and the method for preparing the aqueous paint of the present invention has a simple process and is suitable for large-scale production.
