Abstract:
An aqueous dispersion of a chlorinated vinyl polymer according to the present invention is characterized in that when the color of a mixture obtained by adding 75 g of pure water and 10 mL of 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid to 35 g of the aqueous dispersion of a chlorinated vinyl polymer and stirring the ingredients together at 20°C for 5 minutes at 300 rpm is taken as a reference color and when a mixture obtained by adding 65 g of pure water, 10 mL of 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid, and 10 mL of 10 w/V% aqueous potassium iodide solution to 35 g of the aqueous dispersion of a chlorinated vinyl polymer and stirring the ingredients together at 20°C for 5 minutes at 300 rpm is examined for color difference, then ΔE*ab is 1.0-1,000.
