Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of medicine, and particularly relates to an arenobufagin derivative, a preparation method therefor, a pharmaceutical composition thereof, and the use thereof. The arenobufagin derivative of the present invention has an anti-tumor activity. The pharmacological activity of the compound enables same to be used for preparing a drug which has anti-tumor and cardiovascular effects and and is anti-nervous system. The present invention provides a lead compound for the development of new anti-tumor drugs, and opens up a new path for the in-depth research and development of new anti-tumor drugs.
