Abstract:
The invention relates to the arrangement of the mobile core of the solenoid of the starter switch of internal combustion engines, comprising a connection for the terminal board and electric motor contacts. The electromagnetic switch (2) is mounted in the cavity of the rear cap and the mobile core (10) is mounted in the axis of the starter switch with a pin (15) that is guided in the cavity of the mobile core (10) through the first lining (24) and the second lining (22). The pressure plate (14) is inserted into the second lining (22) by means of securing lugs (14.1) that are beveled at an angle in the axial axis. The pin (15) of the mobile core (10) is guided through the opening (14.2) of the pressure plate (14) and serves to prevent the pressure plate (14) from being ejected from the second lining (22). The moving contact (12), together with an insulating disk (11), is fitted on the outer diameter of the second lining (22). A contact spring (13) is fitted on the outer diameter of the pressure plate (14). The meshing spring (16) is mounted on the first lining, its second end being pressed against the rear face of the pin (15) of the mobile core (10). The front face of the pin (15) is adapted to guide the meshing rod (19). The return spring (18) of the mobile core (10) is supported on one end on the support plate (25) of the electromagnetic switch (2) and presses, with its second end, the mobile core (10) into the rest position. The pin (15) of the mobile core (10), in its mounted position, is secured with a self-locking lock ring (20) having a washer (21), said lock ring being arranged in the cavity of the pressure plate (14). The pressure plate is supported with its outer conical surface (14.3) on the inner conical surface (23.1) of the cover (23) and maintains the assembled mobile core (10) in the rest position. The moving contact (12) connects, in the switched position, the contact (6) of the terminal board (5) to the contact (3) of the electric motor.
