Description:
DESCRIPTION

THE ARRANGEMENT THAT PROVIDES SHUTTING OF THE DOOR WINDOWS OF THE AUTOMOBILE IN CASE OF TROUBLE

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to the arrangement, that eliminates the inconvenience (exposure to too much wind, cold, etc.) caused by the opening of the window, during the driving of the vehicle and in terms of safety, by enabling the closing of the window, by raising the window to the level which is higher than the current position, in cases where the window opening mechanism of the vehicle fails.

INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE INVENTION

Window opening-closing mechanisms of many different brands of vehicles, which are available in the world, work with the principle of control of the window by means of a steel wire which is operated by an electric motor or a mechanical arm. In the event of the failure of the electric motors of the mechanisms which are operated by the electric motor, the window stays in the position where it is and does not move up or down in any way. In the event of the breakage of the wire, the motor or the mechanical arm continues winding the wire, thus lowers the window to the lowest point, causing it to jam there.

The case of failure of the door window mechanism, causes the drivers to experience difficulties. The window cannot be drawn up, because it remains in the current position or is lowered down to the lowest point and jammed there and affects the driver, until the service is reached. The car cannot be parked and left, because the window remains open. Also the driver and the passengers are very much affected by the cold weather conditions, when the car is moving. In the event of the failure of the window in winter conditions, it makes is difficult for the driver to drive and causes the driver and passengers to be affected by the weather conditions, even when stopped, until the service.

In case the car window remains open after the failure and the driver is unable to go to the service, for example in the case of realization of the failure at night, the car will be completely insecure and provide easy access for thieves.

The present invention ensures the driver reaches the desired point safely, without being affected by the weather conditions, by ensuring the elimination of the adverse conditions mentioned above temporarily, and also provides safety against thieves by ensuring the locking of the window when pulled to the upper position.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is the arrangement that ensures the closing of the car door windows (5) in case of malfunction and is composed of the window bottom slot (1), the failure arm (2), the locking notches (2.1), the spring (4), and the spring lock (4.1).

According to the present invention;

The window (5) remains fixed at any point, when the window opening mechanism fails (5). The window bottom slot (1) is the part which ensures the window (5) is fixed when the window (5) is lowered, which functions as a bearing, but having the structure that can release the window (5), if pulled up strongly (channel-shaped). According to the existing systems, the window (5) is tight fitted to the bottom slots (1) and screwed; in case of failure, pulling of the window (5) upwards by any force is hindered, but according to the present invention, the window (5) may be released from the window bottom slot (1) when pulled by force.

According to the existing systems, if the failure arm (2) fails when the window (5) is in the bottom position, the window (5) cannot be pulled up, since it is left completely in the door. According to the present invention, the failure arm (2) ensures lifting of the window (5) by applying a force from the bottom of the window (5) and the pulling of the window (5) by hand is provided, by slightly lifting the window (5) upwards, by means of the lock notches (2.1) contained. Also the failure arm (2) makes the first triggering which ensures lowering of the window (5), if the window (5) is raised up to the highest point and closing of the spring lock (4.1) by triggering the spring (4). Locking notches (2.1) are two notches located on the failure arm (2) pin. These lock notches (2.1) ensure the window (5) is raised by the failure arm (2) to remain at a certain level, by keeping the failure arm (2) at a certain level. Balance slot (3) is the part moving on the rails, in the door moldings at the edge of the window (5) that prevents tilting, by guiding the window (5), if released from the bottom slot (1) of the window (5).

Spring (4) is the conducting part, which is located between the failure arm (2) and the spring lock (4.1) and triggers the spring lock (4.1) by pushing the failure arm (2) upwards.

Spring lock (4.1) is the part, which is connected to the window (5), and ensures the window (5) remains closed, and prevents the falling down of the window (5), by supporting it in the door, by entering under the window (5), when closed if triggered by the spring (4), standing in the vertical position to the window (5).
