Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to reduce the size of a solid-state imaging device for capturing an image. The solid-state imaging device is provided with an array antenna. Multiple rectenna circuits are arranged in the array antenna. Each of the multiple rectenna circuits is provided with a rectenna and a pixel signal generation part. The pixel signal generation part is provided with a floating diffusion layer, a transfer transistor for transferring charge from the rectenna to the floating diffusion layer in accordance with a transfer signal, a rest transistor for initializing the amount of charge in the floating diffusion layer in accordance with a reset signal, an amplification transistor for amplifying a voltage corresponding to the amount of charge accumulated in the floating diffusion layer, and a selection transistor for outputting a signal of the amplified voltage as a pixel signal in accordance with a selection signal.
