Abstract:
Provided are an array substrate and a display apparatus. An array layer is arranged on the substrate; and a passivation layer is formed on the side of the array layer that is away from the substrate, and the passivation layer comprises a first dielectric layer, a second dielectric layer and a third dielectric layer, which are sequentially stacked, wherein the first dielectric layer is close to the array layer, and the third dielectric layer is away from the array layer; and the refractive index of the first dielectric layer is different from the refractive index of the second dielectric layer, and the refractive index of the second dielectric layer is different from the refractive index of the third dielectric layer.
