Abstract:
An array substrate and a display device. An array substrate (100) comprises a base substrate (110), a first electrode (120), a first insulation layer (130), and a second electrode (140). The first electrode (120) is located on the base substrate (110); the first insulation layer (130) is located on one side, away from the base substrate (110), of the first electrode (120); the second electrode (140) is located on one side, away from the first electrode (120), of the first insulation layer (130). A first via hole (141) and a slit (142) communicated with the first via hole (141) and extending from the first via hole (141) to an edge of the second electrode (140) are provided in the second electrode (140); an orthographic projection of the first electrode (120) on the base substrate (110) completely falls into orthographic projections of the second electrode (140), the first via hole (141), and the slit (142) on the base substrate (110). In this case, the first electrode (120), the second electrode (140), and the first insulation layer (130) may constitute a capacitor (Cst). The array substrate can ensure that an actual capacitance value of the capacitor keeps consistent with a design value when an alignment deviation occurs, so that the yield rate of the display device using the array substrate can be improved.
