Abstract:
The present application provides an array substrate and a display panel. The array substrate is internally provided with a plurality of groove-shaped shading patterns. An oxide semiconductor layer is correspondingly formed in groove bodies of the shading patterns. Compared with the shading effect of the shading patterns which is improved by increasing the plane area, the area of an orthographic projection region of the groove-shaped shading patterns on the array substrate is smaller, such that the area of a light-transmitting region on the array substrate is larger, and the aperture ratio of the array substrate is increased.
