Abstract:
An array substrate (100), comprising: a base (10), a driving circuit layer (20) located on the base (10), and a pixel electrode layer (30) located on the driving circuit layer (20). The pixel electrode layer (30) is electrically connected to the driving circuit layer (20) by means of a first via hole (40); the pixel electrode layer (30) further comprises at least one second via hole (50) located in the first via hole (40), and the second via hole (50) enables a part of the driving circuit layer (20) to be exposed. Also disclosed are a manufacturing method for the array substrate (100) and a display panel comprising the array substrate (100).
