Abstract:
The present application provides an array substrate, OLED display panel, and mask; the array substrate comprises a preset film-forming region and non-film-forming region; in the non-film-forming region, a shading region is disposed adjacent to the preset film-forming region; the actual film-forming region of a film layer to be prepared on the array substrate comprises a preset film-forming region and a shading region; recesses or projections are arranged in the corresponding shading region of the array substrate, such that the film prepared on the array substrate is broken off at the corresponding recesses or projections, forming a discontinuous thin film.
