Abstract:
Disclosed is an artificial cement-based ultra-high-performance stone slab, comprising an ultra-high-performance concrete slab body prepared by taking intense pressure as one of the necessary means, and characterized in that a mesh is embedded in the slab body, the mesh is provided with a nut, and a screw of the nut is exposed from the back of the slab body. In the present invention, using basic materials and a formulation process, that is necessary for ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC), is a basic requirement, and intense vibration, intense pressure and vacuumizing serve as the main slab preparation methods. The slab prepared in the present invention has the notable characteristics of ultra-high strength, high toughness and high durability of the ultra-high-performance concrete, and various performance indicators of the ultra-high-performance concrete are several times superior to those of ordinary-strength concrete, such that the defects of low strength, low density, poor disassembly resistance, poor weather resistance and poor freeze-thaw resistance of the original cement-based slab of the inventor are completely overcome.
