Abstract:
The present invention relates to an artificial stone slab texture making apparatus, comprises a conveying table, a tray located on the conveying table, a blank making machine used for making a slab blank, a spraying machine used for spraying a coating on the slab blank, and a filling machine used for filling a texture filler. The blank making machine, the spraying machine, and the filling machine are arranged in sequence along the conveying table. The filling machine comprises a material leakage template located above the conveying table, a distribution cart moving along the conveying table, a distribution mechanism mounted on the distribution cart, a storage hopper mounted on the distribution cart, and a feed belt connected to the storage hopper and the distribution mechanism. Correspondingly, also provided is an artificial stone slab texture making method. The artificial stone slab texture making apparatus provided in the present invention implements the mechanically automated production of artificial stone slab textures, improves the production efficiency, and reduces the production cost.
