Abstract:
In the present invention, the surface temperature of a to-be molded bottle remains within a constant range even when the filling speed becomes high, and the bottle is sufficiently sterilized by a sterilizing agent. The present invention involves: heating a preform; encapsulating the heated preform in a mold; mold-blowing the preform encapsulated in the mold into a bottle; measuring surface temperatures of a neck part, a body part, and a bottom part of the bottle being molded; and adjusting mold temperatures of portions of the mold corresponding to the neck part, the body part, and the bottom part so that the measured surface temperature of the bottle falls in a predetermined temperature range.
