Abstract:

An aseptic filling packaging machine comprises a film feeder (1), a plug feeder (2), welding devices (22, 55), an aseptic device (3), and a filling packaging device (5). The film feeder (1) feeds out a strip film (8). The plug feeder (2) feeds a plug (7) to a predetermined position of the film (8) thus fed out. A primary welding mechanism (22), which serves as a welding device, performs temporary spot welding of the plug (7) to a predetermined position of a film (8). The aseptic device (3) immerses the film (8) with a plug (7) fed out from the side of the film feeder (1) into sterile solution. While molding the film (8) with a plug (7) fed out from the side of the aseptic device (3) in the shape of a bag, the filling packaging device (5) fills the molded film packaging body with a plug with a content and then seals the film packaging body hermetically. In the filling packaging device (5), a secondary welding mechanism (55), which serves as a welding device, welds the plug (7) completely to the film (8).
