Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a technology which improves water resistance performance by suppressing separation of asphalt.
[Solution] An asphalt composition according to the present disclosure is characterized by containing at least an asphalt base oil and a silane-containing coupling agent, and is also characterized in that: the silane-containing coupling agent has a butadiene structure containing an acid anhydride functional group; and the content of the silane-containing coupling agent is from 0.3% by weight to 1.5% by weight (inclusive). In addition, an asphalt mixture according to the present disclosure is characterized by being obtained by mixing at least an aggregate into the above-described asphalt composition.
