Abstract:
An asphalt transportation railway tank car. A thermal insulation housing (2) is sleeved on the outside of a tank body (1), a plurality of supporting components (5) are disposed between the tank body (1) and the thermal insulation housing (2), and a thermal insulation material (12) is filled between the tank body (1) and the thermal insulation housing (2). A ladder is installed at the front end of the thermal insulation housing (2), and a space is retained between the ladder and the front end surface of the thermal insulation housing (2). A walking platform is disposed at the top of the thermal insulation housing (2), a manhole (4) communicating with an inner cavity of the tank body (1) is disposed at the top of the thermal insulation housing (2), and a manhole cover (7) is hinged to the top of the manhole (4). Two flow guide plates (6) are disposed on the outside of the thermal insulation housing (2), and the two flow guide plates (6) are located below the manhole (4) on two sides along the axial direction, respectively. Thus, the technical problems in which asphalt leaks from a manhole of an existing asphalt tank car, a pressing strip at the seam of a thermal insulation housing easily falls off, and a thermal insulation material between a thermal insulation housing and a tank body easily sinks down are solved.
