Abstract:
An assembled long LED light strip, and a preparation method therefor. Specifically, a flat cable is prepared first. Conducting wires (3.1) provided side by side are sandwiched between a film (3.3) provided with an adhesive (3.3a) and another film (3.4) without adhesive, so as to prepare a connected flat cable (3) comprising multiple flat cables of light strips. The film is provided with a pad window formed in advance by means of punching. The two films (3.3, 3.4) are bonded to each other by the adhesive in gaps between the conducting wires (3.1), such that each conducting wire (3.1) is wrapped and fixed. Multiple connected short circuit boards comprising multiple light strip circuit boards (1) are subjected to surface mounting performed by means of SMT. An adhesive (2) is applied intermittently to the flat cable, or the adhesive (2) is applied to multiple positions at intervals on a back surface of the circuit boards (1). The multiple circuit boards (1) are arranged end to end, and bonded to the flat cable (3). Then, a solder bump on the circuit board (1) and a solder bump (3.1a) on the flat cable are soldered and connected to each other. A single light strip acquired by means of separation is covered by a waterproof insulating translucent resin (4), such that an assembled long LED light strip is prepared.
