The invention concerns an assembly element (5) to be inserted in a bore (4) with two compensating elements (6, 7) adapted one in the other with eccentric bores, which is designed for load transmission on a lower surface of the bore hole (4) and for positioning the longitudinal axis of a fixing element (3) inside the through bore (4). Said element is characterised in that it is made with a smaller radial dimension relative to at least an outlet of the bore (4) in the outer surface of the plate (1) to form a slot (11) and can be fixed in said bore (4) with a sealing agent (15) filling said slot (11). Said assembly element for a laminated glass (101) comprising at least three individual glass panels (111, 112, 113), and having at least a hole (116, 117, 118) passing through all the individual glass panels (111, 112, 113) for setting or housing a rod-shaped fixing element (160) comprises a directly mounted element (120, 121; 120', 121') provided with a through bore (125, 126) designed to be fixed on the outer glass panels (112, 113) and means for aligning variations from the hole centres of the two through bores (125, 126), the rod-shaped fixing element (160) being capable of being inserted at least indirectly into the aligned through bores (144, 145).
