Abstract:
Disclosed are an assembly line detection device and method for an infusion bag. The assembly line detection device for an infusion bag comprises a plurality of groups of detection mechanisms (1), a recycling conveyor belt (2) and a conveying conveyor belt (3), wherein each group of detection mechanisms (1) is used for detecting whether an infusion bag is damaged and conveying a damaged infusion bag to the recycling conveyor belt (2) or conveying an intact infusion bag to the conveying conveyor belt (3); and a printing and labeling module (24), a medicine discharging module (25) and a manual inspection area (4) are sequentially arranged on the conveying conveyor belt (3), the printing and labeling module (24) is used for printing and labeling the intact infusion bag, the medicine discharging module (25) is used for loading the printed and labeled infusion bag, and the manual inspection area (4) is used for detecting whether the labeling of the infusion bag in the medicine discharging module (25) is accurate.
