Abstract:
Disclosed are an assembly-type permanent formwork superimposed FRP rib seawater and sea sand recycled concrete beam and a manufacturing method therefor. The beam comprises a prefabricated-assembly-type permanent formwork and an FRP rib seawater and sea sand recycled concrete beam, wherein the prefabricated-assembly-type permanent formwork is assembled from corner strip assembling blocks (1), a first panel (2), a second panel (3), and positioning connecting members (5), the formwork is manufactured by using Engineered Cementitious Composites (ECC) and a fiber textile (4), and the FRP rib seawater and sea sand recycled concrete beam comprises seawater and sea sand recycled concrete that is poured in the prefabricated-assembly-type permanent formwork and FRP rib frames fixedly arranged in the seawater and sea sand recycled concrete. The method comprises: assembling the poured and molded corner strip assembling blocks (1), the first panel (2), the second panel (3), and the positioning connecting members (5) into the prefabricated-assembly-type permanent formwork; manufacturing the FRP rib frames; preparing the seawater and sea sand recycled concrete; treating the TRE assembly-type permanent formwork; and pouring the seawater and sea sand recycled concrete. The construction cost is reduced by combining the TRE formwork and the FRP rib seawater and sea sand recycled concrete, the ductility of a beam is improved, the durability of the FRP rib is ensured, and the problem of a formwork occupying a large space and not being easy to transport is solved.
