Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an asymmetric co-rotating multi-screw extrusion device and extruder and a processing method thereof. The asymmetric co-rotating multi-screw extrusion device comprises a barrel and a screw mechanism provided inside the barrel. The barrel is provided with a feeding port at one end of the screw mechanism and a discharging port at the other end of the screw mechanism; and the barrel comprises a conveying section, a melting section, an exhaust section and a mixing and extruding section, which are sequentially arranged staring from the side where the feeding port is positioned, wherein the exhaust section is provided with exhaust holes. The screw mechanism comprises a first screw and a second screw parallel to the first screw; an arc is introduced between the crest diameter and the root diameter of the cross-section profile of each of the first screw and the second screw; and the second screw and the first screw are asymmetrically engaged with each other and rotate in the same direction and at the same speed. A pair of corresponding arcs are tangentially engaged with each other, achieving that the shapes of engaged screws are different and that the axial openness of channels of upper and lower engagement regions are different; and an axial anti-mixing enhancement mechanism is introduced to effectively improve melting, plasticizing, mixing and exhausting efficiency.
