Abstract:
The present invention relates to an atopic dermatitis diagnostic marker composition and detection method using a DOCK8 gene single-nucleotide polymorphism and, more specifically, to: a composition for diagnosing atopic dermatitis, containing a preparation for detecting one or more polynucleotides selected from the group consisting of a polynucleotide comprising the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, wherein the 289th base is A and the polynucleotide consists of 20 to 100 consecutive nucleotide sequences including the 289th base, and polynucleotides that are complementary thereto; and a method for detecting the polymorphism of a DOCK8 gene by using a marker.
