Abstract:
An automated production line (100) and a motor rotor production line. The automated production line comprises a plurality of universal transferring platforms (200) and machining devices, and the machining devices are mounted on the universal transferring platforms; each universal transferring platform comprises a frame main body (210) and a transferring and conveying mechanism, positioning members (250) are provided on the frame main body, every two adjacent universal transferring platforms are rapidly assembled into a whole by means of the corresponding positioning members; each transferring and conveying mechanism can convey workpieces (900) to the transferring and conveying mechanism on the adjacent universal transferring platform. The whole production line uses the universal transferring platforms as bases, different machining devices are provided on the universal transferring platforms to form different modularized single machines, and the rapid assembling and flexible adjusting of the production line are facilitated. The motor rotor production line uses the universal transferring platforms, so that the automated machining of motor rotors can be improved.
