Abstract:
An automatic bag breaking device employing a sprocket chain comprising: a base (1) and a bag breaking chamber (3). The bag breaking chamber (3) comprises a material feeding port (2) and a waste bag discharging port (5), a bag breaking mechanism (9) near the material feeding port (2), a waste bag extrusion mechanism (7) near the waste bag discharging port (5), and a sprocket mechanism (8) passing through the material feeding port (2) and the waste bag discharging port (5). The sprocket mechanism (8) is configured to receive a material bag inputted from the material feeding port (2) and convey the material bag to the waste bag discharging port (5). The bag breaking mechanism (9) is configured to cut the material bag conveyed by the sprocket mechanism (8) so as to complete unloading of the material bag. The waste bag extrusion mechanism (7) is configured to sequentially discharge the empty material bags having been subjected to unloading and recycle same. This device rapidly breaks the material bag, and prevents the material bags from causing a blockage in the bag breaking chamber. In addition, the material is discharged smoothly, thereby effectively avoiding an entanglement of the waste bags causing a blockage at the discharging port. A waste bag collection bag is sleeved on an outer side of the discharging port so to collect the waste bags for recycling.
