Abstract:
An automatic cart unloading and material feeding system, and a cart unloading and material feeding method. A cart unloading platform comprises a full pallet conveyor (32) positioned on an upper level, and an empty pallet conveyor (33) arranged on a lower level. A rear portion of the full pallet conveyor (32) is positioned at a bag grasping station of the automatic material feeding system. The automatic material feeding system comprises bag grasping, bag cutting and material dropping, and bag skin collection devices. A front portion of the full pallet conveyor (32) is provided with a front raising and lowering platform (40), and the front raising and lowering platform (40) is provided with a front platform bidirectional conveyor (41). The cart unloading and material feeding method sequentially comprises the following steps: a pallet that bears packaging bags being moved rearward by the full pallet conveyor (32) to the bag grasping station; grasping bags and then transporting same to to a bag cutting station for bag cutting and material feeding, and then transporting the bags to a bag skin collection station, and empty pallets proceeding onto a rear raising and lowering platform (36) and then being lowered to the lower level, then being transported to the front raising and lowering platform (40) and then being raised to the upper level, continuing cyclically in this manner. The present system is able to automatically recover pallets, and use same cyclically.
