Abstract:

An automatic charging method for public transport includes: when detecting that an identification card is swept, acquiring starting station information corresponding to the current position of the identification card and storing the starting station information to a preset storage area of the identification card (S10); when detecting that the identification card is swept again, acquiring end station information corresponding to the current position of the identification card (S20); reading the starting station information stored in the preset storage area of the identification card and charging the identification card according to the starting station information and the end station information (S30). The method can realize automatic segmented charging of the public transport terminal, is applied to the segmented charging bus line, improves the efficiency of bus ticketing, and reduces the cost of labor with no need of manual ticketing.
